How long can we stay is what you will be asking yourself with all of the conveniences and comforts found in this Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite fifth wheel!  Model 8301WS offers one and a half baths, triple slides for plenty of space for all, a bunkhouse with its own private bath and exterior entry, plus an outdoor kitchen as well!

Check out the exterior before heading inside. There is a gas grill option to the left of the main entry door which would be handy when using the outdoor kitchen.  The outdoor kitchen features a swing-out two burner stove, and a sink, refrigerator, counter, storage, and a pantry.

On the inside through the main curb side entry, you will notice full kitchen amenities to your left. The kitchen area begins with an L-shaped counter including an extension if needed, and a double sink. There is also a three burner range with overhead microwave oven, a refrigerator, and pantry for your food storage needs. You will find a second pantry located just off the dinette slide near the bunkhouse door. You can also add a residential refrigerator in you need more cold food storage.

Straight ahead from the entry door along the interior wall enjoy the entertainment center that is easily viewable throughout the combined living and kitchen area.  There is seating along the road side in a slide out. Here you will find a hide-a-bed sofa and 44" booth dinette. Both can be made into sleeping space if needed at night.

In the rear of this unit you will find the perfect place for family or friends that you choose to bring along, or a great place for the kids to feel like they have a little space to call their own. Along the curb side of the bunkhouse you will find a 72" x 32" flip down bunk with top bunk the same size. There is a small table in the corner, plus storage opposite with a space where you can add an optional TV. Just off the bunkhouse a convenient half bath. There is also a private entry door which makes this half bath easily accessible from outside.

Back at the main entry turn right and head up the steps to the front master bedroom and full bath. The side aisle bath is at the top of the steps up along the left side and features a radius shower, toilet, and vanity with sink plus overhead medicine cabinet. You will also appreciate the second pocket door entry from inside the master which allows easy access to the linen slide.

Inside the master bedroom enjoy a relaxing space with a walk-around Serta queen size bed. There is a nightstand along the curb side, and a wardrobe on the opposite side, plus overhead cabinets. The slide out wardrobe/linen storage mentioned above allows for more camp items. If you like you can choose to add an optional TV, plus so much more!
